45 ml Aviation American Gin
90 ml Tonic Water
Grapefruit Wedge
Mint Sprig
Pour Aviation Gin into glass filled with Ice and top with Tonic Water. Gently stir and garnish with Grapefruit Wedge & Mint Sprig.

45 ml Aviation American Gin
15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
15 ml Lemon Juice
7 ml Simple Syrup
1 tsp Crème De Violette
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with Ice. Shake, then strain into Coupe glass with Ice. Garnish with brandied Cherry.

45 ml Aviation American Gin
22 ml Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
22 ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange Twist
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with Ice. Stir, then strain into Rocks glass with Ice. Garnish with Orange Twist.

Orange Slice
